Notes

Silver hump-back carriage clocks were introduced by Breguet around 1813. Very few were made, and they are among the best clocks ever produced by Breguet. Among all Breguet carriage clocks his humpback model seems to be immortal. Its shape has continued to be used by the house of Breguet, as well as by others such as Cole and Jump in England.
