Three-body, by "M.R", "Consulate", back finely painted onenamel with two painting cherubs, frame in white enamel dotssimulating pearls, translucent light blue enamel over engine-turningbordered by en suite enamel dots, bezels in scarlet,green and white champlevé enamel forming foliate pattern,band engraved in repeated pattern. Châtelaine: of three links,three links of enamel on gold plaques fixed to gilt brass, giltspoon, the top panel painted with "the lesson of love", themiddle with a cherub and a goat, and the lowest with a dog anda fruit basket, all within en suite frames, two chains, one for thekey the other with a snuff bottle inscribed with the words:"J?AIME MON CHOIX".D. White enamel, Arabic numerals, outerminute dot divisions. Gold "heart" hands.M. 32 mm, frostedgilt full-plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, vergeescapement, steel balance with flat balance spring, single-footedcock with diamond endstone, repeating on two goldblocks fixed to the case by depressing the pendant, gilt brassdust cap.Signed on the movement and dust cup.Diam. 43 mm, length with the châtelaine 176 mm.
