Jules Jürgensen, Copenhagen, No. 15635. Made in Switzerland circa 1890. Very fine, keyless, 18K pink gold split-seconds chronograph with instantaneous 60-minute register.
C. Four-body,"bassine et filets", solid, polished, gold hinged cuvette with dedication. D. White enamel with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track, outermost chronograph 1/5th seconds red divisions, 5-minute/seconds Arabic markers, minute register at 12, subsidiary sunk seconds dial. M. Cal. 42 mm.(19'''), nickel, 26 jewels, straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws adjusted to 7 positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, visiblehronograph mechanism in the back, Jürgensen patented bow-setting.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 48 mm.
