C. Four body, massive, "pommes et filets", polished, the cover engraved with the arms of Henry Britten Brackenbury and his motto: Ne Reculer Jamais. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with a dedication dated October 15, 1924. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 19''', frosted and gilt, three-quarter plate with the going barrel passing through the back plate, English lateral lever escapement with pointed tooth escape wheel, cut bimetallic balane with diamond end-stone, free sprung blued steel balance spring with terminal curve. Minute repeating on gongs with slide in the band.Signed on the back plate.Diam. 53 mm.
