Notes

The system Index Mobile was patented in 1948 by Georges Dubey and René Schaldenbrand. It is a simplified sweep-hand construction, in which the two chronograph indicators are linked by a hairspring visible on the dial. The sweep hand is stopped by the coaxial pusher on the winding-crown, but only as long as the finger holds the pusher down. Wheel released, the sweep hand springs to the position of the actual chronograph indicator.
