Concealed in the hinged gilt brass cuvette, a small automaton scene presents a couple striving hard to prolong the existence of the human race. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals. Gold hands. M. Gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock with ruby end-stone. Repeating on gongs by depressing the pendant, the autoata driven by the repeating train by means of cams and levers.Diam. 53 mm.
