Notes

The Chronostat III were tested for the first time with the new rules specially set out for battery powered chronometers. Eight Chronostats III were presented to the contest, six of them were successful and bought by the Navy, two other were accepted although they were not fully successful and had to be adjusted by the maker. Two only were refused.Sold with a photocopy of an article by Pierre Leroy on the Chronostat III and of an article by Dr. Paul in Horlogerie ancienne, No. 35.
