C. Rectangular, glazed four sides and top, engraved overall with foliage and formal decoration. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute and seconds ring. Gilt brass ?Louis XV? hands. M. Rectangular gilt brass with cylindrical pillars, going barrel, pointed tooth lateral platform escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Striking and repeating train with going barrel fitted horizontally within the base and repeating button at the top, striking on one gong fited on the back plate.Dim. 70 x 46 x 42 mm., excluding the handle.
