C. Rectangular with white and azure champlevé enamelled decoration, the front and back covers with charming painted scenes: two children stealing apples in the bundle of an old countryman who is pretending to sleep, his hand on his walking stick ready to clout the boy, on the front; children trying to save little birds in their nest, from a naughty urchin with nasty intentions, on the back. Enamelled frame with weaved decoration, azure outline and painted flowers on the borders, gold chased pencl sliding down the side, keeping the booklet closed.Dim. 94 x 65 mm
