C. Silver half moon shaped with cast foliage and ribbon knot decoration, the dial flanked by two painted Swiss lake side landscapes with outer small floral ornaments painted over a blue flinqué ground. The strut hinged on the gilt brass engine-turned back, engraved with a dedication dated 1948. D. Oval silver with luminescent Arabic numerals, the centre decorated with a basket of flowers. Luminescent ?skeleton? hands. M. 18???, rhodium plated, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 15 jewels, straight linelever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring.Signed on the dial.Dim. 145 x 90 mm.

M. A. PlojouxWas established 30, Rue du Rhône in Geneva. He was a watchmaker of high precision, specialised in complication watches and jewellery. He received two awards at the Paris Universal Exhibition in 1878, won a gold medal in 1880 and also took part in the Geneva National Exhibition in 1896.
