Unsigned, Swiss, attributed to Bovet, Fleurier, made for the Chinese Market, circa 1830.Fine, 18K gold and enamel, pearl set, center-seconds watch with special movement and special escapement.

C. double body with fixed bezel, the back with finely painted Summer flowers on blue translucent enamel over engine-turning, bezels, pendant and bow set with half-pearls, hinged glazed cuvette. D. white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute and second rings, elaborate blued steel hands. M. 20'''polished steel, Chinese calibre steel plate, steel bridges, steel wheels, steel free standing barrel, ruby duplex escapement (not the Chinese type), three-arm bimetallic balance with wedge shapedrass and blued steel weights, flat balance spring, top jewels in châtons, index regulator with the scale in English letters.Diam. 56 mm.
