C. three body, 'Bassine étui', engine turned, front centered with a monogram 'CD' in a cartouche. Both spring-loaded covers opened by pushing the crown with a device preventing opening the bottom cover. D. front: white enamel, Roman numerals, outer Arabic minutes, subsidiary seconds, gold 'Louis XV' hands. Back: white enamel ring calibrated outside for 31 days, inside for days of the week in Cyrillic alphabet, long 'Spade' gold hand for date, gold crescent hand for days.
