Two-body, 'Louis XV', back with applied multicolored gold decoration with symbolic interpretation of the Reign of Love with laurel garlands below, bezels engraved with intertwined yellow and rose lines symbolizing intimacy between lovers. D. White enamel, Roman numerals, outer Arabic minutes, convex, aperture for winding, gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 16??? fire-gilded full plate, verge escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, flat balance spring, fusee and chain, pierced and engraved continentl cock. Dumb repeating on block in the case, a pin protruding from the case allows silent striking which can be felt by the fingertips.Signed on the dial and the movement.Diam. 45 mm.
