C. Three-body, the hinged back engraved with a view of Mecca, with an opening in the center to reveal the Koran. When opened, a miniature Koran inside a compartment is revealed, with a loop at the top for use as a pendant. D. Silvered with applied gold Arabic numerals, small, rectangular minute ring. M. 6x11???, cal. 68, rectangular with cut-out corners, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued-steel Breguet balance spring.Signed on the dial and the movement.Dim. 22x31 mm.
