C. Two-body, 'deux filets', engine-turned back and band, polished bezels. D. White enamel, Roman numerals, calibrated like a watch dial from 1 to 12, each division separated into four parts, each part probably representing 250 steps. M. Hinged, circular, brass, the oscilating weight pivoted on an arm advances the train through a ratchet wheel mounted around its pivot, adjustable calibration by limiting the movement of the weight. At each step the ratchet wheel turns and the movement is transmittd to the train which serves simply to count the wearer?s steps converting them into kilometers or miles.Signed on the dial.Diam. 40 mm.
