C. Outer: double-body chagrin covered, sound holes silver center rosette decoration. Inner: double-body silver, the bezel pierced and repoussé in rocailles, the back repoussé with a stage scene, sides pierced and repoussé, swiveling pendant, loose ring. D. White enamel, Roman numerals, outer Arabic minutes, center revolving alarm setting disc, gold "Louis XV" hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate, with cylindrical pillars behind silver pierced decorative plates with center in chased blued-steelplate, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, 2 1/4 coil flat balance spring, silver continental cock, pierced and engraved with foliage. Pull wind quarter repeating, striking and alarm on a bell, with independent trains for quarters and hours, both with engraved gilt brass fixed barrels and revolving arbors, a lever for silence/strike.Signed on the movement and the dial.Diam. 114 mm.
