In a stylized folded envelope design centering an old mine-cut diamond weighing approx. 0.70 ct., with 102 smaller round and rose-cut diamonds set in step-like and curved rows, having a total weight of approx. 6.60 cts., mounted in silver-washed 18K yellow gold; the back of the brooch exhibits fine, decorative ajouring.
