Each set with a round diamond suspending a pear-shaped drop that is centrally set with a pear-shaped, faceted sapphire encircled by a row of old mine- and rose-cut diamonds and a row of faceted rubies, within a frame of old mine- and rose-cut diamonds, mounted in silver-topped 12K yellow gold (the original earring wires have been replaced with posts).
