Each decorated with a trilliant-cut diamond in the ear pad, suspending a tapered baguette-cut diamond and a pear-shaped, cabochon-cut ruby; the ruby is decorated at the top with a small round diamond, having a total weight of approx. 1.30 cts. for the diamonds and approx. 8 cts. for the rubies, mounted in platinum with 18K white gold posts and backs.
