Designed from five rows of cultured pearls measuring approx. 7 mm, with 18 pearls in each row, decorated with 6 diamonds and sapphire spacers, containing 60 round, brilliant-cut diamonds having a total weight of approx. 4.20 cts., and 54 round, faceted sapphires having a total weight of approx. 6.50 cts., mounted in platinum, measuring approx. 7 inches (17.7 cm).
