John Kenable, Frith Street, London, made for the Chinese market, circa 1800. Very fine and rare 18K gold and painted on enamel for igomized glass center-seconds watch.

White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute/seconds divisions with fifteen-minute/seconds Arabic markers. Gold ?arrowhead? hands. M. Hessen type gilt brass full plate, going barrel, cylinder escapement with brass escape wheel, 3-arm balance, flat balance spring, diamond endstone.Signed on the movement, case punched with London prestige marks.Diam. 59 mm.
