Two-body, Louis XV, by ?PT/L?, back centered by painted on enamel medallion depicting Cupid shooting his love arrow, a sailing ship in the background against a sunset, framed by white enamel dots simulating pearls, translucent plum enamel border over engine-turning, bezels in champlevé foliate enamel terminated with a row of white enamel dots simulating pearls. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions with five-minute Arabic markers, winding aperture at 2 o?clock. Gold ?Louis XV? hands. M. 30 mm, frosted gilt full-plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, micrometric potence adjustment, brass balance with flat balance spring, continental cock, repeating train with two-arm fly governor, repeating on gold blocks fixed to the case by depressing the pendant.Signed on dial and movement, case punched with casemaker?s trademark.Diam. 38 mm.
