C. Four-body, "Empire", by ?LR?, engine-turned, gilt hinged cuvette, bolt at 7 o'clock to activate the music, lever at 8 o'clock protruding from under the cuvette for music/silent. D. Gold, engine-turned wave pattern, champlevé Roman numerals, outer minute dot divisions. Blued steel ?Breguet? hands. M. 51 mm. (23'''), gilt brass, fixed barrels, cylinder escapement, three-arm gold balance with flat balance spring, sur plateau pinned disc musical movement, 24 tuned vibrating blades acting on both sides of the pinned disc, repeating on gongs by depressing the pendant.Punched with the maker?s mark in a lozenge, numbered on the movement under the dial, case punched with the same number.Diam. 57 mm.
