Very fine and rare, minute-repeating, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold skeletonized gentleman's wristwatch with one-minute tourbillion regulator, perpetual calendar, moon phases, a Gérald Genta leather strap decorated with 6 octogonal gold bars and deployant clasp, and a hexagonal gold setting pin.
