D.Annular ring with 24 white cartouches painted with Roman numerals. Blued steel single hand with gilt brass Sun at the end. M. 89 mm,brass, large central barrel, platform with straight line leverescapement, monometallic balance with self-compensating flat balance spring.Signed "JWB" on green cartouche on the globe.Dim. height 21 cm
