C. Five-body, ?bassine?, polished, gold hinged cuvette, pushbutton at 11 for independent seconds, at 1 for the chronograph. D. Silvered and matted, Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, outermost dead-seconds track with five-minute Arabic markers. Gold ?spade? hands. M. 45 mm (20'''), nickel-plated, bridge caliber, Mairet tandem winding, 28 jewels, straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring.Dial signed.Diam. 56 mm.

Notes

The watch incorporates two functions: independent dead-seconds and dead-seconds chronograph with return to zero. This is achieved in an ingenious manner by installing a friction-fit wheel concentric with the dead-seconds wheel.
