Alain Silberstein, France, ?Krono A? Automatique, No. 011/250 (3). Produced in a limited edition of 250 examples in the 1990s. Fine, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel diamond and gemstones gentleman?s wristwatch with geometrical button chronograph, registers and date.
C. Two-body, polished, case entirely pavé-set with round diamonds, transparent screwed-down case back, straight lugs, triangular winding-crown set with rubies, round chronograph button set with citrines at 2, square button set with sapphires at 4, anti-reflective sapphire crystals. D. White round and triangular tritium-coated indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer chronograph graduation in Arabic numerals, concentric, the 1/5th seconds scale, aperture for the date at 6. Red triangular hand for the hours, ?bâton? blue hand for the minutes, ?lozenge? yellow hand for the small seconds and ?serpentine? for the chronograph. M. Cal. 1185, rhodium-plated, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring.
