Three-body, "Empire" with fixed cuvette, reedd band, splitpearl-set bezels pendant and bow, the back painted on enamelwith a fine bouquet of summer flowers against translucent blue enamel overzig-zag engine-turning, the border decorated in champlevé enamel. Spring-loaded back opened by a push-piecein the pendant. D. Off-white enamel with radial Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade and poker"hands. M. 51 mm (23'''), hinged, full-plate, gilt, going barrel, cylindrical pillars, cylinder escapement, brass four-armbalance, the balance and the steel escape wheel jeweled, both with ruby end-stones, flat balance spring withJoseph Bosley patented regulator, gilded cock pierced and engraved with scrolling foliage.
