Brushed 18K yellow gold dial plate, at 3"guilloché" matte silver ring dial with painted Arabic numeralsfor the hours and minutes, apertures at 6 for the constant forceremontoir and at 9 for the tourbillon regulator under a polishedsteel bridge, up-and-down indication at 11. Blued steel "Journe"-stylehands. M. Cal. 1498, rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" deco-ration,25 jewels, lateral lever escapement with one-minute tour-billonregulator with "A"-shaped tourbillon frame and polishedsteel bridge, "Gyromax"-type balance with 4 timing weights,self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring withPhillips terminal curve. The constant-force remontoir with an18K gold wheel seeks extreme precision by equalizing the main-spring'svarying power supply. A blade spring, controlled by aspinning vane, is armed once a second by the force of the main-spring,feeding a steady flow of power to the balance for a moreconstant rate.
