Swiss, early 20th century. Fine and extremely rare model of a goldsmith?s and clock and watchmaker's workshop. Contained in a four-sided case in the form of a house with gothic-arch windows and door, the front and roof removable to reveal the interior with three watchmaker dolls wearing blue smocks. The workshop equipment including a bellow operated furnace, a rolling-out machine, a wire-drawing machine, wall shelves with miniature ledgers and weighing scales, the bench with miniature hammers, pliers, saw, gravers, files, depthing tools and two vices. Dim. 42 x 29.5 x 45 cm. In good condition
