Four body, "bassine et filets " with split-pearl set bezels, the band engraved with formal decoration, on one side, the blue enamel cover panel painted with a portrait of a maiden, on the other, the blue enamel cover panel painted with a pastoral scene depicting a young shepherd playing the serenade to a maiden. Hinged gold cuvette decorated with medals awarded to the painter at different exhibitions. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade " hands. M. Glazed 17 "' , nickel plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Signed on the dial and cuvette. Diam. 48 mm.
