Designed as a small bracket clock standing on four lions and topped with a cockerel, pediment and side panels inlaid with a silver and gold basket of flowers, arrows and quiver and further floral decoration, the enamel dial plate is painted with a scene depicting a courting couple in a landscape; it is flanked by two silver angels. D. Silver engine-turned with Arabic numerals on enamel cartouches. Blued steel "spade " hands. M. Gilt brass rectangular full plate with going barrel, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Dim. 145 x 74 x 66 mm.
