Swiss, circa 1780. Fine and unusual 18K gold watch with concealed erotic painted enamel scene.

C. Three body, Louis XVI, polished, the back chased with a country girl feeding rabbits, disclosing a painted enamel panel on a concealed compartment, depicting a young couple working for posterity. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gold Louis XVI hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with conical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass threearm balance, gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece. Diam. 39 mm.
