Waltham, Ref. 1826, 1920's. Unusual and rare, black painted metal military wristwatch with a water-resistant screwed case system and a bayonet secured winding-crown.

C. black, screwed case back and screwed bezel, lead soldered joint glass, wire lugs, the watertightness of the winding-crown is secured by a bayonet lever at its base. D. white enamel with painted Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds dial. "Spade " skeleton hands. M. 12"', No. 21273576, rhodium plated, engraved, 1 jewel, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring. Dial and movement signed, numbered on the case. Diam. 38 mm.
