Swiss, circa 1900. Fine and unusual eight day going, keyless small minute repeating carriage clock, in original leather fitted travelling box.

C. Gilt bronze, "Anglaise riche" with Corinthian columns. D. White enamel with blue Arabic numerals and gilt divisions. Gilt brass "Louis XV" hands. M. 19"', gilt brass watch movement linked to a large going barrel, wound by means of a large right angle gearing with folding knob in the base, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with button on the top and fly regulator. Dim. 75 x 58 x 44 mm.
