L. Bachmann, Geneve, No. 12539, case No. 12540, circa 1890. Fine 18K pink gold keyless watch with chronograph and 30 minutes instantaneous recorder.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine", polished, the back with a blue champleve enamelled monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings, sunk subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel "spade " hands. M. 18"', nickel plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 22 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Chronograph with visible workand button on the winding crown. Signed on the cuvette. Diam. 52 mm.
