C. Three body, massive, "bassine et filets " with glazed back. D. White enamel on the front with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade " hands. White enamel on the rear face, the dates on the border with subsidiary dials for the months and the days of the week. M. 18 "' nickel plated, 17 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Hinged nickel plated calendar work driven by the movement. Signed on the dial and back plate. Courvoisier coat-of-arms punched on the movement. Diam. 51 mm.

The Courvoisier coat-of-arms was properly identified thanks to these type of watches, of which several unsigned examples had been wrongly attributed until the discovery of the first fully signed watch.
