Notes

This watch was used by Czech Air Force pilots. Engraved on the back: " MAJETEK VOJENSKE SPRAVY- 3346" From 1938 onwards, the Czech Air Force used this model of Longines. The first series was replaced by newer models in 1939 which were antimagnetic and therefore better adapted for use on aircrafts. Other improvements of the 1939 version include: fluorescent numerals and hands on a black dial, replacing the former white enamel dial which was too fragile. The inscription on the back was introduced in the 1939 version.
