In less than two decades, two-time Academy Award nominee Tom Cruise has become
one of the most successful actors ever in Hollywood. So successful, in fact, that he has
20 films to his credit which have garnered a total of 40 Academy Award nominations and

Money" (1986); starring opposite Dustin Hoffman in Barry Levinson's Academy Award

Vampire " with Brad Pitt (1994) for director Neil Jordan.
Continuing work with such filmmakers, audiences saw Cruise star in the Paramount
Pictures 1996 blockbuster "Mission:Impossible" for director Brian De Palma. Shot on
location in London and Prague, "Mission:Impossible " was the first project produced by
Cruise, along with partner Paula Wagner, under the banner of their production company,
Cruise/Wagner Productions which was set up at Paramount Studios in 1993. The
company's second film was the Warner Bros. film "Without Limits".
