"Emroullah, 1906" Swiss, No. 2161. Made for the Eastern market, circa 1905. Very fine and rare, 18K gold, grande sonnerie keyless clockwatch with minute-repeating.
C. Four-body, "pommes et filet", polished, engine turned back withvacant foliate cartouche, sonnerie/silence and hand setting buttons inthe band. Dedicated hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel inscribed"Emroullah, 1906", with Islamic numerals, outer minute track and Turkishfive minute numerals, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M.19''', frosted gilt, 26 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cutbimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, indexregulator, striking and repeating on two gongs, repeat buttonin the band.Diam. 57 mm.
