E. Delepine a St. Nicolas, pres de Dieppe France, No. 1764, made in1896. Fine 49 hour going mahogany marine chronometer with power reserve indicator.

C. Three body mahogany box with external handles, the glazed upper section with hinged lid. Brass bowl and gimballed suspension. D. Silvered with Roman numerals, outer minute ring subsidiary seconds and Up-and-Down sector. Gilt brass "pear " hands. M. Brass spotted finished, full plate with cylindrical pillars secured by screws, inverted fusee with maintaining power, Earnshaw type spring detent escapement, two armed bimetallic compensation balance with cylindrical weights and timing screws, diamond endstone, free sprung palladium helical balance spring. Signed on the dial, back plate and mahogany box. Dial diam. 92 mm. Dim. 16,5 x 16,5 x 17,5 cm.
