C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished. Hinged gold cuvette, polished. D. White enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals, the centre with automaton blacksmiths, forging on the anvil. Blued steel hands. M. 18 -, nickel plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 35 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Signed on the cuvette. Diam. 49 mm.
