Double body, Directoire with split-pearl set bezels, the back panel painted with a fine champleve enamelled scene within a rose-cut diamond-set frame, depicting a lady in classical dress walking in a park with her son, outer blue flinque enamelled floral decoration. D. White enamel with Arabic numerals. Gold arrow hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock pierced and engraved with the letters: 1VI.A.TTH.E.E, with polished steel end-piece. Signed on the balance cock, numbered on the back plate. Diam. 53 mm.
