Swiss, made for the Indian Market, circa 1890. Fine 18K gold, hunting cased, keyless minute repeating watch with chronograph, instantaneous 30 minutes recorder and enamel portraits.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filet " , borders engraved with floral decoration, the cover with the painted enamel portrait of a nobleman, the back with his green enamelled crowned monogram. Hinged gold cuvette with the painted enamel portrait of his wife. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings, sunk subsidiary seconds and minutes register. Blued-steel "pear" hands. M. 19"' gilt brass, 30 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Chronograph with visible work, push-piece in the band. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Diam. 53 mm.
