C.H. Meylan, Brassus, No. 6511, made for Tiffany, New York, circa 1900. Fine and very rare 18K gold small keyless fob watch with split-seconds chronograph.

C. Four body, massive "demi-bassine " , polished. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel three piece with Arabic numerals, red outer Arabic minutes and chronograph rings and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 12 1/2"', nickel plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan-neck micrometric index. Chronograph with visible C.H. Meylan chronograph work, patent No. 6821, the button on the winding-crown, split-seconds chronograph push piece in the band. Signed on the dial and movement. Diam. 37 mm.
