Notes

The young brand deLaCour, established in Geneva as recently as 2003, represents a fine mix of innovative spirit and quality Swiss watch making. Their timepieces quickly appealed to the lovers of refined movements and exuberant design. Launched by Pierre Koukjian and his associates, deLaCour was a finalist in the Grand Prix d?Horlogerie of Geneva already in 2004 and won the first prize for Unique Design in the same year. The ?Bichrono? model, being the only watch equipped with two chronograph movements, was finalist in the category of Best Designs in the 2003 Grand Prix d?Horlogerie de Genève?. In Japan in 2004 deLaCour further won the prize for ?Unique Design? on the occasion of the ?Watch of Year? event in Tokyo.
