C. Four body, massive, "Royal " , polished. Hinged silver cuvette. D. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer red Arabic minutes ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 18''', gilt-brass three-quarter plate, 18 jewels, the centre wheel with gold screwed bearing, gold straight line lever escapement with gold escape wheel, cut bimetallic balance with gold screws, Breguet balance spring with swan-neck micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and back plate. Diam. 52 mm.
