C. Four body, massive, polished with reeled band. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the name of the owner: "Sir Edmond Nagle I.C.B. (Fright Commander of the Bath) ". D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer minutes ring and subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands. M. Gilt-brass full plate with cylinder pillars, fusee with chain and maintaining power, Earnshaw spring detent escapement, two-arm compensation balance of Earnshaw type with trapezoidal weights and timing screws, free sprung blued-steel helical balance spring with terminal curves, gilt-brass balance cock engraved with a mask, flowers and foliage, diamond end-stone. Signed on the dial and back plate. Diam. 55 mm.

From 1800 to 1830, he was working 38 Berner Street, London, and from 1830 to 1879, in Rathbone Place, London.
