C. Three body mahogany box with brass corners, fixings and external handles the glazed upper section with hinged lid. Brass bowl and gimballed suspension. D. Silvered with Roman numerals, outer minutes ring and subsidiary seconds. Blued-steel hands. M. Brass, full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with maintaining power, Earnshaw type spring detent escapement, two-arm bimetallic compensation balance with trapezoidal weights and timing screws, ruby end-stone, free sprung blued-steel helical balance spring. Signed on the dial by the retailer and movement by the maker. Dial diam. 85 mm. Dim. 15 x 15 x 16 cm.
