Fine and unusual, astronomic, self-winding, extrathick, water-resistant, carbon-processed extra-hard steel gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, 24 hours display, triple date and moon phases, with carbon-processed steel bracelet "a mailles", additional leather band with carbon buckle and fitted box.

C. black, polished, transparent back, coloured triangular winding-crown and push-buttons. D. black with tritium indexes, Arabic numerals and indexes for other displays + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, for the 24 nocturnal and diurnal hours, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Multicoloured triangular and "Serpentine" fancy hands. M. mechanical with automatic winding. Dial and case signed, numbered on the movement. Diam. 38 mm.

Limited series of 999 examples of which 200 were made for Italy. Alain Silberstein Architect and designer, he studied at the School of Architecture founded in Weimar in 1919 by W. Gropius. Alain Silberstein now lives in Besancon with his wife and three children. He created his first watch in 1985 which has been followed by a production of many thousands of watches, sold all over the world. He received a Prize at the "Tokyo International Gift Show" in 1986, presented the first collection of chronographs produced in limited edition at the "Basel Fair" in 1987, and the same year, he was awarded a Prize for the Commemorative Watch of the Bicentenary of the French Revolution in Paris. He launched series of chronographs with multicoloured and fancyshaped winding-crowns and buttons, chronographs, such as the "Bolide", the"Reveil", the "Krono A", the first 32 mm thick chronograph. Among the new series are a limited edition in only 10 examples of the skeleton version of the "Krono Saphir" and a "Tourbillon" chronograph.
